1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Furthermore, unless payment is confirmed, shipments will not be processed or confirmed.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments (USDC)
• USDC payments are processed through our secure crypto payment provider
• Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain
• Refunds for crypto purchases will be issued in USD to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
• Exchange rate fluctuations are not eligible for refunds or adjustments
4. Pricing and Currency
- All prices listed at velvet vial are in USD currency. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
5. Secure Payment Processing
- Velvet vial uses encrypted SSL and all transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway and our authorized payment processors.
- We do NOT store or have access to your credit card or full payment details.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refunds are issued in accordance to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Chargebacks we deem unauthorized or fraudulent will be investigated and disputed.
