1. Accepted Payment Methods

At velvet vial, we want you to have the smoothest checkout process possible. That's why offer quick and hassle-free payment options. The following information explains payment options and how they are handled.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payment is processed immediately upon order placement. Your payment method will be charged once your order is confirmed.
  • If your  payment is not successful, the order will not be processed and you will not he charged.
  • Furthermore, unless payment is confirmed, shipments will not be processed or confirmed.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments (USDC)


• USDC payments are processed through our secure crypto payment provider
• Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain
• Refunds for crypto purchases will be issued in USD to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
• Exchange rate fluctuations are not eligible for refunds or adjustments

4. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices listed at velvet vial are in USD currency. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

5. Secure Payment Processing


  • Velvet vial uses encrypted SSL and all transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway and our authorized payment processors. 
  • We do NOT store or have access to your credit card or full payment details.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are issued in accordance to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Chargebacks we deem unauthorized or fraudulent will be investigated and disputed.

7. Fraud prevention

  • Velvet vial reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.


  • Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value or flagged transactions
